Prior to opening Green Room Webs, owner, Malin Parker worked in the hospitality industry for 21 years. He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He has a hands working knowledge of many types of foodservice operations. Malin has worked in free standing restaurants, hotels, small inns, gourmet markets, country clubs as well as high volume foodservice operations. His experience includes everything from washing dishes in a 40 seat restaurant, to working as Corporate Development Chef for a $1.3 Billion dollar a year operation. He has extensive knowledge of both front and back of the house operations.
