I opened Green Room Webs in March of 2006. I enjoy building web sites because it is a process that is not only creative, but cognitive as well. The Internet is truly amazing. I get a lot of satisfaction when I harness the Internet's power to achieve incredible results for my clients. When I truly make a positive impact on a business, I feel like I have achieved success.

Barbara earned her undergraduate degree at Asbury College and did her graduate work at the Iliff School of Theology and Denver University. It was at these 2 institutions that she trained to be a Theological Librarian, a position in which she worked for nine years.
When she married, she retired from public service and became a house wife, but spent a major amount of time typing manuscripts for her husband who was a prolific author. This included a number of book length manuscripts, camera ready for the publisher. She also helped with his proof reading and editing. Being a mother to their one son was of prime importance. She has been very active in the local church since she was 13 years of age and this continues yet today. During her married years she was very active not only in the local church, but on the Presbytery level, moderating several committees. She also served a term as moderator of the Presbytery and of the General Council of the Presbytery. Currently, she serves on the Christian Education Committee and the Stewardship Committee at Siesta Key Chapel.
Barbara found she needed to go back to work for the public when her husband became ill. She was a Branch Office Administrator for Edward Jones for a number of years. It became necessary for her to retire for several reasons. In 2004, Barbara made the decision to move to Florida to be near her grandsons and their parents.
Green Room Webs is a challenge as the modern technology involved is new to her, but she finds it very exciting and is looking forward to learning more and growing into the position.
