After growing up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, I began to satisfy my obsession with food, and moved to New York, to attend Chef School at the world-renown Culinary Institute of America. Cooking is awesome, and I had a great career. I been lucky enough to travel to many parts of the world, almost every state in the US, work in all different kinds of establishments, and share my experiences with eccentric, and many notorious professionals. Five years ago, I got this crazy idea to spend time with my family, so I began building web sites for restaurants.
